All Assignments are individually negotiated with Major National and Regional Clients, offering a wide range of positions.
After initial discussion with prospective candidates, an invitation to register with Verridian may be extended.
Individual 'in depth' interviews are always carried out with all potential candidates, by a Verridian Consultant.
Full note is made of all your qualities and needs. These are then matched to client company requirements and job recommendations are made to you the candidate.
Full job and Company information is given to you prior to any Client Company interviews. Verridian will make a direct personal approach to the Client Company and will secure initial interviews, on dates agreeable with you.
Written details on you the Candidate are transmitted to the Client Company.
Wherever practical, 2nd and subsequent interviews will be arranged by the recruiting manager, failing this by Verridian, after liason with you and the Client Company.
Candidate and Client Company briefings are carried out by Verridian after each interivew up to contract offer, together with any other communications required up to start date.
All fees and expenses incurred in the Verridian search and selection process are met by Clients. The Verridian service is entirely free to you.
